If you are interested in signing up your youth. Complete the following steps.
STEP ONE:
Fill out this form or download the registration form and email to rainierjrwrestling@outlook.com. (Submit one for for each child) (PDF at bottom of page, fillable to email.)
STEP TWO:
Click the Payment buttons below that corresponds to the fees owed.
STEP THREE:
Download and fill out the medical form, sign and bring to first practice.
We will be in contact after submission and payment. If payment is a hardship, we do have payment plan or scholarship options. Email us at rainierjrwrestling@outlook.com to request this option after registering your child on using the form.
DISCLAIMER: By submitting the online form you are verifying that the submitted wrestler is physically able to participate in wrestling practice and competition which includes but is not limited to technique, drilling, scrimmage wrestling, strength and conditioning within the wrestling club and league. I agree to follow all guidelines and expectations given by Rainier Junior Wrestling and Pierce County Junior Wrestling League.
Fees
Single Wrestler Fee (Ages 4-12, not turning 13 before January)
Single Wrestler - $125
This includes facility, league, and USA insurance fees.
Two Wrestler Fee (Ages 4-12, not turning 13 before January)
Two Wrestlers - $225
This includes facility, league, and USA insurance fees.
Three or more Wrestler Fee (Ages 4-12, not turning 13 before January)
Three or more wrestlers. - $325
This includes facility, league, and USA insurance fees.
Single Wrestler Fee (Middle School Ages 12-14)
Single Middle School Ages 12-14. - $50
This includes facility, league, and USA insurance fees.
Singlet check out.
Singlet check out will be refunded at the end of the year when singlet has been returned.
1 singlet - $20.00 (refundable upon return)
Singlet check out.
